Charlton Heights PTA would like to invite you to participate in this year's Holiday Shop. The Holiday Shop is an opportunity for the children of Charlton Heights to purchase gift items for family and friends. This year our Holiday Shop will be on Thursday, Dec. 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a snow date of Friday, Dec. 6.
We are looking for crafters to provide quality craft items for the children to purchase. The price range of these items must be $0.25 to $5, with the majority of the items in the $1 to $3 range. We will not allow items over $5 to be sold.
On the day of the Holiday Shop, set up begins at 7 a.m., no earlier. All unloading must be completed from your vehicle by 8 a.m. to allow for the arrival of the school buses. At the end of the day, your area must be disassembled and loaded into your car by 2:30 p.m. to allow for preparation of school dismissal.
All spaces will be 8’ by 8’. The fee for space rental is $30. In addition to your rental fee we are asking all crafters to donate three or more items to our Holiday Shop PTA Table, which is for those children whose financial situation may make it difficult for them to purchase items. A crafter is allowed to rent a maximum of one space. All reservations will be on a first come basis. Reservations are due by Monday, Oct. 7. At that time the remaining spaces will be opened up to others in the community.
