Sewing Machine Tune Up

Pam Davis • $15 ($18 NR) • Feb. 24 • 6:45-9:15 pm  • O’Rourke Middle School Room 107

Is your sewing machine collecting dust or do you have a new machine that you don’t know how to use? Is sewing a frustrating or unsatisfying experience? Learn how your machine works and tips to prevent jamming, knocking, skipped stitches, knots, and breaking thread. We will clean, oil, and adjust your machine so you will need to bring the user manual for your sewing machine as well as an extension cord. Also bring two colors of thread, two bobbins, two 10” squares of muslin or light colored solid fabric, new sewing machine needles, sewing machine oil, tweezers, wooden toothpicks, sewing machine lint brush, small and large screwdrivers and a flashlight.

If you are interested in taking this class, please fill out a Continuing Education Class registration form and mail it along with payment to BH-BL CSD,  Continuing Education Director Dacey Bonney, PO Box 1389, Ballston Lake, NY 12019
