Gwenda Law earns accolades at International Science & Engineering Fair
Congratulations to senior Gwenda Law for earning a Second Award in Special Prizes from the Association for Computing Machinery at the International Science and Engineering Fair she recently attended with Science Research teacher Regina Reals.
At the fair, Gwenda presented her research (“A Universal Automated Algorithm for the Generation of Potent Antimicrobial Peptides”) along with 1,760 students from 75 countries, regions and territories. The public will have the opportunity to see her work (and congratulate her on this major accomplishment) as well as other students’ work at BH-BL’s annual symposium on June 1 at 7 p.m. in the HS Cafeteria.
