Today is School Nurse Appreciation Day!!!!
Please take a moment to say thanks to Mrs. Jewell for taking such great care of all of us!
Attention 8th graders: If you have not done so, please turn in your signed 9th grade course sheet to Mrs. Hyde by the end of the week.
Also Trout Release Permission Slips are due by the end of this week. Be sure to hand your permission slip in by Friday if you want to attend.

Reminder to 7th/8th orchestra students that you have a rehearsal TODAY in the Middle school band room.
The Go Green Club will meet in Mrs. Johnson’s room today.
The Run Club will meet today weather permitting. Lets meet in room 127 for activity period.
The Rugby Club will meet on Thursday this week so please note the change in the usual day. Please report to Sports Study Hall after school and Mr. Mody will collect you from there to head outside.
Tri-M Music Honor Society will meet Thursday AP for a meeting and the last rehearsal before Arts Fest.
Thursday is student banking day at O’Rourke. Students with accounts at First New York Federal Credit Union can bring their deposits to the main office tomorrow.
The guidance office is looking for students to create drawings that promote mental health or depict what mental health means to you. These drawings will be displayed outside the guidance office and need to be turned in by May 14th. If you’d like to participate you can sign up and get sketch paper at the guidance office. Please see Mrs. Peterson with any questions!
Would you like to honor our veterans and learn some local history? Please join us on Saturday, May 18 from 9am to 11am to place flags on veteran’s graves in the town of Charlton. To go a parent/guardian must be willing to drive you and we will meet at the middle school to start. Permission slips are needed by Thursday, May 16th. Please see your social studies teacher for a permission slip.
