Class of 1979 to host 45th Reunion, July 19-20, 2024
Join the graduates of the class of 1979 for a two-night celebration. Start with an icebreaker on Friday, July 19 at Finnigan’s on the Lake, 175 Lake Rd, Ballston Lake, from 4-11 p.m. Hang with classmates & enjoy a night of fun with acoustic and classic rock music by John Chevalier & Joey Blue Reed. Then on Saturday, July 20 from 11 am to 7 pm stop by the Lions Pavilion at the Meadows in Collins Park, 84 Schonowee Ave., Scotia, attend a catered picnic with former classmates. It’s $40/person. Catering by Perreca’s Italian Deli and there’s a Chinese auction and 50/50 raffles. Checks can be made out to Joe Kausch and sent to 6 Cherry Court, Malta, NY 12020. Questions? Saturday, Sept 30 at 1 pm. Come say hi to classmates at the Riverside Pavilion located at Peebles Island State Park! This free event will have food provided by various classmates and outdoor games. BYOB! Feel free to bring a +1, family members, a BH-BL friend, etc. Friendly pets are welcome (must have rabies shot per NYS Parks policy). Parking at Peebles Island is free. There is a short walk to the pavilion from the parking lot (ADA accessible). Bathrooms are attached to the pavilion. Class of 1961 60th Class Reunion, Aug. 27-29
Friday, Aug. 27 at 7 pm is a Meet & Greet at Maxim’s, 507 Saratoga Rd, Glenville. Saturday, Aug. 28 from noon until 8 pm the class will meet at Lanthier’s Grove–the location of its first reunion in 1971. $40 includes al you can eat picnic lunch. Classmates will gather in pavilion area. A group photograph is planned for 3 pm. There will also be a moment of silence for classmates who have passed. On Sunday, Aug. 29 an outing to the Saratoga Race Track is planned as well as brunch at 10:30 am at the Glenville Queen Diner (corner of Rte 50 & Glenridge Rd). Questions? The BH-BL Class of ‘64 held its 55th reunion on Columbus Day weekend 2019. On Friday, Oct. 11 they met at Carney’s Restaurant, Ballston Lake, and on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Clifton Park Elks. On

BH-BL Class of 1969 50th Reunion, Sept. 20-22, 2019
A weekend of memories and getting reacquainted with old friends and classmates for the class of 1969 was held on Friday, Sept. 20 at the Charlton Tavern , 745 Charlton Road, Charlton, NY 12019. On Sat., Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. is a tour of BH-BL High School was led by Principal Tim Brunson who showed them the recently opened STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) facility. A select group of BH-BL students joined the tour and shared life experiences and post-graduate reflection. Also on Sat., Sept. 21 from 6-11 p.m. was a buffet dinner at the Edison Club , 891 Riverview Road, Rexford, NY 12148. Here are the latest updates on our class of ’69 50th reunion. The Charlton Tavern has been secured for the Friday night icebreaker, Sept. 20, 2019. A buffet dinner will be held Saturday night, the 21, at the Edison Club. Plans continue regarding a high school tour and a possible pay- as- you- go breakfast or brunch Sunday am. The BH-BL Class of 1968 50th class reunion was held Oct. 5 and 6, 2018, homecoming weekend. On Friday night, they gathered at the Charlton Tavern for a Meet & Greet. On the morning of October 6, high school principal Tim Brunson led a tour of the school including the recently opened STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) facility. BH-BL Class of 1966 held 50th reunion, October 14 & 15
Dinner was held on Friday evening at The Terrace at Water’s Edge Lighthouse. A tour of the high school was on Saturday morning, hosted by Principal Mr. Timothy Brunson. After the tour, a brown bag lunch was served in the cafeteria, while Town of Ballston historian, Mr. Rick Reynolds, spoke about the school district’s history. Saturday evening was ‘Casual Night’ at Carney’s in Ballston Lake, featuring The Rogues. It was a wonderful fall weekend filled with memories. Let’s stay in touch! The class of 1951 held its 65th reunion on September 15 and 16, 2016, at the Community Room of the Burnt Hills Fire Department from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They’ve also invited the classes of 1950 and 1952 to attend. Additionally, any local alumni from the classes of 1948, 1949 and 1953 were welcome to join. The BH-BL class of 1965 had a 50th Reunion on Sat., July 11, 2015, at the Waters Edge in Glenville. There was a “Meet and Greet” at the Charlton Tavern on Friday evening, July 10. On Saturday afternoon there was a tour of the high school, and lunch was served in the cafeteria. There was also a presentation by Ballston’s Town Historian. All of these events were open to the classmates of the class of 1965 who preregistered. Class of 1951 celebrated its 60th reunion
The Class of 1951 celebrated their 60th Reunion on Sept. 16 and 17, 2011. The group was at Lakeside Farms on Friday, Sept. 16 all day — starting at 10 a.m., including a local history presentation by Town of Ballston Historian Rick Reynolds, luncheon, and ended with a chicken barbecue dinner. Saturday, Sept. 17 included a slide show on Saratoga’s historic homes at the Town of Ballston library, followed by a dutch-treat luncheon at Karney’s. Members of the BH-BL Class of 1959 enjoyed a great 50th Reunion in October 2009 Members of the BH-BL Class of 1959 gathered for a 50th Reunion on Oct. 9 and 10, 2009, at the Brickyard and Manna’s Restaurant in Ballston Spa. They also had a tour of the high school, which seemed to some to be twice as large as it was when they graduated so many years ago. The 30th Reunion of the BH-BL Class of 1983 was Aug. 16 to 18, 2013. On Friday, Aug. 16 they held an Informal Meet and Greet at The Bayou on Rte. 50, Glenville (aka Froehlich’s). On Saturday, Aug. 17 they held a Family Gathering at the Clifton Park Elks Club, 695 Macelroy Rd., Ballston Lake, from 2 to 9 p.m. And on Sunday, Aug. 18 they enjoy an informal gathering at the Saratoga Race track.
