Kona Ice Truck – June 7
The Kona Ice Truck is coming to the High School on Tuesday, June 7 from 2-4 p.m. and will be parked outside the lower cafeteria. Treat yourself to Kona Ice and support the High School Book Club!
Girls Cross Country Interest Meeting, June 8
There will be an interest meeting for all girls interested in running cross country this fall on Wednesday, June 8 during AAP in the High School lower cafeteria. If you cannot attend, please email Coach James (mjames@bhbl.org).
Boys Cross County Interest Meeting, June 8

Boys Volleyball Interest Meeting, June 8

Free Sports Physical, June 9
If you plan on trying out or joining a fall sport, please see the school nurse to be sure your physical is up to date. The School Doctor will be in school on Thursday, June 9 to do physicals for working papers and fall sports. You must sign up with the nurse before June 9th. This will be the last opportunity to get a free sports physical before the Fall season starts.
Spartan Wellness: Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m.
If you are interested in taking a yoga class, Spartan Wellness is offering yoga from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Library. No previous experience in yoga is needed and yoga mats can be provided if you need one. Bring a friend (or come solo) and enjoy a relaxing mindful experience. Mrs. Perkins is leading this awesome class! You will need a ride to pick you up at 4:40 p.m. if you decide to attend.
In-Person Meditation Every Wednesday
In-person meditation has started again, (with Google Meet as well) at 7:20 a.m. in Room 121. If you are interested, come to Room 121 or email Mrs. Sammons at dsammons@bhbl.org for the link.
Job Assist
Interested in finding a part-time job, apply via this Captain/Community Services Link. Mrs. Szablewski (mszablewski@bhbl.org), the Job Assist Coordinator, will then contact you. Many part time jobs are available but you will need your working papers to work. Please see the Counseling Center for more information.
Student Chromebook Help Center
The Chromebook Help Center is located in the High School Tech Office in the back left corner of the Library. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Please contact Mrs. Zarnofsky (szarnofsky@bhbl.org) with any questions or concerns regarding your chromebook, Google account or eSchool. Board Game (Go) Club every Wednesday
Every Wednesday in Room 216, (Class Code: fouv54n) “Go” is the ultimate ancient board, and is prevalent among top universities like Princeton, Harvard, MIT, and Cornell, for “Go” provides a great opportunity to train people’s intelligence and strategic thinking. After a long day of staring at electronic screens, many students and teachers can relax and recreate, not on smartphones, but in this board game of over four-thousand years of human wisdom and delight.
