On Friday, June 20, Assemblywoman MaryBeth Walsh visited Charlton Heights Elementary School to recognize fifth-grade student Michael Caisse. Michael was the winner of the Saratoga County “There Ought to Be a Law” essay contest, selected from over 200 entries.
