Last month, 28 students from Stevens Elementary School Grade 5 Chorus sang ????????????in the American Young Voices Concert at the Times Union Center with more than 3,000 other students from local area school districts. Led by renowned conductor, Francisco Nunez, accompanied by a live band of accomplished musicians, and complemented with professional lighting and sound, the students had the opportunity to experience what it’s like to perform in front of an audience of thousands of families and friends!
Under the guidance of Stevens Elementary Chorus Director, Cathy Mele, students who participated were: Elizabeth Abdoo, Jakob Brucker, Lydia Crowder, Jameson Dalpe, Aiden DeSilva, Gabby Donahue, Caden Flores, Julia Guyer, Elizabeth Guyer, Kaleia Haley, Hadassah Harrell, Samantha Humphrey, Luca Jerry, Jada Leggieri, Laynie Little, Caroline Mack, Sophia Makes, Bianca Maratta, Emily McFarland, Morgan McKenna, Jane Overholt, Myra Petrucco, Maddie Powell, Tilly Smith, Kendal Southworth, Richard St. Sir, Zachary Veteramo, and Heidi Warland.
