School-related groups will only incur fees where incremental costs are incurred (i.e. custodial).
** To be applied to large groups using cafeterias, gyms, multiple classrooms, multiple fields, etc.
The $100/$200.00 security deposit may be applied to billing for fees. The deposit will be $100.00 even if multiple buildings are used.
*** Schenectady Swim Club $375/week and Club provides lifeguards. Summer Recreation Program $2,000 (gym/pool/cafeteria/classroom – does not include transportation)
YMCA – $2,000 I month
****Any group that uses our facility over 150 hours during the school year is eligible to receive a 15% discounted rate off their facilities fees.
